Each verticle row of the hatband is made of 21 Miyuki Delica Glass Beads
Bands typically contain 20 inches of beads. Nearly 6000 beads.
Image Description
Vic's hat bands are weaved on a loom he built himself.
"I use Miyuki #11 glass seed beads, loomed on home built loom with 10 lb test Fireline for warp threads and 8 lb test FirelineⓉ for weave threads.
There are 21 beads in a column x 265 columns = 5,565 total beads. Each one is picked up on beading needle.
Leather tabs with leather tie and spring loaded slip bead for easy adjustment, include. Leather tab is attached with two part epoxy.
Other items I have created can be seen at Vic's Gems
All are "one of a kind" and have not been duplicated.

Vic's hatbands are sturdy, but the beads are made of glass and can break. Vic can repair most of the bands to their original state. It is fairly easy to repair the band if one has a beading needle, the right color bead and #8 Fireline. If your band has a problem, email Vic with a close up photo and we will evaluate.
Thanks
